Update on Happy the Donkey

I was pleased to have an email waiting for me when I returned home from vacation from Crystal Ward, who has been following Happy the Donkey's plight (see my post of 12/17/04). She forwarded this story from the Sacramento Bee, announcing that the judge had ruled that Happy's owners were not liable for his braying! http://www.sacbee.com/content/news/story/11889677p-12776552c.html Yeaahhh!!
